Welcoming newcomers
Beginner & intermediate French classes, prefecture paperwork help, school enrolment for children, medical and social orientation.
French classes, paperwork help, support for the Jewish community in France and intercultural events.
WAS is an open association. We support people who have recently arrived in France, and we also support the Jewish community in France — just as we support anyone else who needs help, with no distinction of origin or religion. Our conviction: solidarity makes no distinctions.
In practice, this means French classes, help with administrative procedures (residency permits, school enrolment, healthcare access), cultural events, and specific support for Jewish families who turn to us — particularly for elders, the transmission of memory, and intergenerational ties.
