Friendly visits
A trained volunteer comes regularly to chat, read, play games or simply share a coffee.
Friendly visits, workshops, outings, administrative and digital help: our volunteers are alongside seniors every day.
Isolation is one of the leading causes of suffering for older people. In Rouen, Le Petit-Quevilly and surrounding towns, many elders live alone — sometimes without a single visit for weeks. Our volunteers, trained in active listening, visit them, share a moment, accompany a walk, read together, or help with a medical appointment.
Our goal is not to replace existing services (CCAS, home-care services, etc.), but to complement them with a regular, warm human presence. We work hand in hand with local actors to direct each person to the right resource.

Help getting to the doctor, the pharmacy or an administrative appointment.
Learn to use a smartphone, complete an online procedure, or write an email to grandchildren.
Sewing workshops, shared meals, cultural outings and intergenerational events.
Reading mail, CAF / CPAM / pension paperwork, drafting difficult letters.
Several times a month we host friendly meals to break isolation.
Are you an older person living alone, or do you know someone who would benefit from a regular visit? Contact us — a member of our team will call you to understand your needs and arrange a first appointment at home.
